ALTERECO was founded by James Goodlet in 2006 and has grown into a boutique building design practice now consisting of a dedicated team of designers specializing in the creation of smart and innovative residential spaces throughout Victoria. The use of intelligent layouts, advanced technologies, sustainable materials and energy efficient building practices ensures our design are clean and green during the construction phase and throughout the lifetime of the building. We are an energetic team who work closely with both clients and builders throughout the design process, tailoring the specific outcomes for each specific project. An early establishment of three-way communication ensures collaborative, informed solutions to the challenges of each project and creates a strong working relationship between client and builder. As a result, each of our homes is as individual and unique as the people who commission them.
